Basic professional terms of service

Vendor acts as an independent contractor, not an employee of BSA Events 4 Entertainment, L.L.C..
Vendor maintains required licenses and commercial general liability insurance and will provide certificates upon request.
Vendor performs services in a professional manner, on time, and in accordance with event instructions from BSA Events.
Vendor indemnifies BSA Events 4 Entertainment, L.L.C.against claims arising from Vendor's negligence or willful misconduct.
Payment terms and scope of work for each engagement will be confirmed in writing separately.
Michigan law governs; venue in Macomb County, Michigan.
