Description
A parking fee applied to events in downtown areas where delivery trucks cannot remain on the street or at the loading dock during setup. Because trucks are typically only allowed a short loading window, they must be moved and parked in paid lots for the duration of setup and teardown. These downtown truck parking costs are often significant. This fee covers the actual parking expense required to complete delivery and setup at the venue. This fee may be removed if the venue provides free truck parking or designated loading accommodations that allow the vehicle to remain on-site.
